For years I was an automation and Lean specialist in Italian manufacturing — robots, CNC, production lines that had to run thousands of cycles without a single defect. It was a good salary by Italian standards. But a salary is built for living, not for building.

What I really took from those factories was the method: how every step is mapped, how errors are made impossible instead of forbidden, how a line gets a little better every single day.

Today I use that method to build businesses — my own and my clients' — that sell as smoothly as a perfect line runs.
